Why do we do this service? Well, not too long ago, we were in your shoes...we knew the deals were great in Pittsburgh real estate and we knew we could make a lot of money here. We could not rent them, we could not sell them and the previous owner wouldn't even take them back for free. We vowed that we would never be taken again. We decided to move to Pittsburgh to oversee all of our purchases and since we have been here, we have learned what to and where to buy and how to maximize profits.
